The energy and spirit of living things has always been at the core of my work. Inspired by the temperament of East Asian cultural aesthetics, lyrical abstractions of nature come to life. It is my intention to bring the human spirit and nature together to create a sense of balance in our everyday lives. Mainly a commission artist, my independent work is guided solely by heart and soul without commission parameters. These works of art are impressions of a given period of time that allow me to explore the nuances of form, color, technique, texture, and dimension within the medium of glass. My independent works often inform my commissioned art work.
